Because of the relatively small numbers, most WiM organisations span all fields of mathematics. However a number of groups have recently started for women in specialist fields. Here is a list, together with a number of organizations specifically aimed at women in Statistics and Operational Research. If you know of others, please let us know.
WIN is an active group whose website is dedicated to the Women in Numbers community, inspired by the WIN workshops which have occurred regularly since 2008. It aims to be a resource not only to female number theorists, but also to the number theory community as a whole. You are invited to stay in touch via Twitter (@WINnumbertheory) or the email list.
Here are some pictures from the WINE (Women in Numbers Europe) 2013 conference in Luminy, France.
This organization, started in 2013, is for women active in probability mostly in North America. Its primary purpose is to provide networking and mentoring opportunities for early career women.
In Europe there is no permanent organised group but here is a link to the 2014 Young Women in Probability conference in Bonn.
No permanent organised group but here is a link to the 2013 Women in Topology conference in Banff.
As far as we know there is no committee concerned specifically with women in EURO. However recently EURO has had three female presidents: Martine Labbé (Université Libre de Bruxelles 2007-2008), Valerie Belton (University of Strathclyde, 2009-2010), Grazia Speranza (Universita de Brescia, 2011-2012).
