Cancellations and changes - Registration

A handling fee of 30 €, will be charged for any changes in registration.

Any change of name will be dealt with as a cancellation and a new registration.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

All cancellations must be sent to UNICONGRESS in writing (fax, letter or e-mail).

In case of cancellations before June 30^th , 2006, deposits will be refunded less 30 € for administrative costs.
No refund will be made for cancellations received after June 30^th, 2006 or registered delegates who fail to attend.
