Official hotels are not allowed to contact ICM2018 participants, unless they have previously reached the hotel. To book a reservation, please contact the hotel of your choice directly.

Participants who register until July 13, 2018 may buy the complete four-volume set of ICM hardcover Proceedings for USD 230. This special offer was negotiated by the Organizing Committee with the publisher and is valid only for the bookings made during the registration process prior to July 13, 2018.

The attendees will also be able to buy the Proceedings at the Congress for USD 280.

An electronic version of the Proceedings will be available to all registered participants.

Journalists interested in covering the latest advancements in international mathematical research can already register on the ICM 2018 official website. Accreditation is mandatory to all those who wish to cover the events of the International Congress of Mathematicians, such as Fields Medal Ceremony and the Nevanlinna Prize, as well as the Brazilian Public Schools Mathematical Olympiad (OBMEP) Awards.

The accreditation process is exclusively for professional journalists, working for media or academic outlets and for freelance reporters with national/international journalist photo IDs. Accreditation must be done by July, 13.

The ICM 2018 Rio de Janeiro Exhibition offers great opportunities for organizations and companies to promote their activities, products, programs and services. Reservation is subject to completion and submission of the signed/dated Exhibitor Form. This form is available on the website.
