How to make Hotel Reservation
Hyundai Hotel (Gyeongju) and Commodore Hotel (Gyeongju) are the conference hotels that offer special room and breakfast rates for GA participants. In order to benefit from the special GA rates, each GA participant must fill in the special reservation form of each hotel of his/her choice that can be downloaded in the reservation column in the table below and send the reservation form only to the special reservation contacts (e-mail, fax, phone) that are provided in the reservation column as well as in the reservation form. Please note that the special contacts for hotel reservation are different from the official hotel contacts.

The IMU GA Secretariat kindly asks all GA participants to complete the hotel reservation before July 3, 2014. Room booking and changes made after July 3, 2014 cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to room availability.

*Room and breakfast rates include VAT and service charge (21%). Room rates are per night, and breakfast rates are per person.
*Hotel reservation forms are secured with password which is identical to the Registration Password provided by the IMU Secretariat. Saving data in PDF format requires Adobe Reader 11. Note that Linux does not support Adobe Reader 11 and therefore Linux users may download the hotel reservation form in MS Word format, open the form using LibreOffice4, and save data in .doc format with the password (identical to the Registration Password) and email it.
