Payment Information
Bank Transfer is the only mean of payment.
● Please submit a reservation form to icme12@icme12.org then make a remittance. (account no. is listed below)
● Reservation will be completed when the remittance has check out from a bank, and a confirmation letter will be sent to participants.
● There could be a difference between remittance sent and amount received due to bank transfer fee. Participants are required to pay the difference on-site(Korea).
● All bank charges(delegate side bank charge/ intermediary bank charge/secretariat side bank charge) must be borne by the delegate and should not be deducted from the total amount remitted.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
● Cancellation deadline: 29 June, 2012. ICME secretariat is no responsible for the cost caused by late cancellation
or change of schedule.
● Bank service charge will be deducted from refund.
● All dates are based on Korean standard time (GMT+9hrs).
● For administrative reason, refund will be made after the congress.
● Any changes & cancellation should be requested in writing via email or fax to secretariat.
