Application Deadlines
Please check the respective grant pages for the deadlines.
If your application is not complete by the various program deadlines, it cannot be considered for the evaluation round.

Step 1: Login to the IMU/CDC website
- Before you apply, please read the General Policy for Applications to see if you are eligible to apply for CDC support of the program you wish to apply for.
- Login on the IMU/CDC website:
To access the CDC online application for CDC grants, please login with your credentials or create a new account.
- After you have logged in, you can apply below for the following programs:
Application Forms
Individual Travel Support Program
Library Assistance Scheme (Donors) and (Institutions)
Project Support Program (currently not open for applications)
Data Privacy Statement
Personal Data
Personal information is information that can be used to learn personal or factual circumstances about you, such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address.
Information we cannot link to your person are not personal data.
Purpose of Data Processing
In connection with the use of the online application and report forms, we process your personal data for the following purposes, among others:
- Provision of services via application and other forms
- Conducting personal and anonymous analyses
- Statistical analyses
- To prevent misuse
If you submit your application you consent that IMU is collecting and storing your data including CV and personal data for an indefinite period of time.
You also consent that your application and all data will be circulated among the evaluation committee via email and an IMU internal website that is only accessible by the various evaluation committees.
