The Klein Project has developed conferences and workshops. These were held in UK, Spain, Portugal, France, USA, Brazil, and Australia. Especially:

- Paris (France), 30 May 2012.
- Berlin (Germany) from 17th until 20th of September 2013 a meeting of the design team and a Klein Workshop took place in Berlin, Germany.
- Rio de Janairo, Brazil, 14th - 16th April 2014 at IMPA
- Cebu City, Philippines, May 12th, 2015, during EARCOME 7
- Hamburg, Germany, 28th July 2016, during ICME 13
- Tapei, Taiwan, 10th May 2018, during EARCOME 8
- Umea, Sweden, 6th July 2018, during PME 42
- Pretoria, South Africa, 10th July 2019, during PME 43
Moreover, there have been a lot of workshops and sessions at conferences, and also teacher development trainings. Two countries, Brazil and Sweden, have established regular (annual or bi-annual) Klein Meetings of teachers and mathematicians. Significant national funding was obtained.
