The 14th International Congress on Mathematical Instruction (ICME-14) will be held in Shanghai China from July 12th ‒ July 19th, 2020.

National Presentation (NP for short) is an important activity in the Congress, aiming at displaying unique mathematical culture and presenting the history, state and trends of mathematics education of a particular country. The application and organization of the activity should be carried out with a country as the main body. An NP could be composed of a series of oral presentations for a duration within one and a half hours, accompanied by a booth showing some objects, printing materials, videos if necessary.

Applications of NP should be submitted to the chair of International Program Committee (IPC for short) by the National Representatives of ICMI member states or academic groups representing ICMI member states and finally decided after a discussion in IPC. Countries that have not hosted National Presentations in the last three ICMEs will be given priority to.

Any intention to organize an NP in ICME-14 is warmly welcomed. Please send your application through e-mail to icme14@icme14.org by January 31st, 2019. Scheme of the whole NP and abstracts of oral presentations should be submitted by February 29th, 2020.
