IMU Award Ceremony 2022

On 5 July 2022, the IMU will hold the IMU Award Ceremony 2022 as a live event in Helsinki, Finland at Aalto University (Runeberginkatu 14–16, Aalto Töölö, 00100 Helsinki). Here the winners of the Fields Medals, IMU Abacus Medal, Chern Medal Award, Carl Friedrich Gauss Prize and Leelavati Prize will be announced, and the awards will be handed over. The event will be streamed on this page.

Please note that the registration process to attend the IMU Award Ceremony 2022 in person has now closed. On completion of the form, those who registered will have received an email confirmation, which should be retained and shown for admission to the event. If you were not able to register, you will still be able to watch the event via the livestream below.

On the day after (6 July), the 2022 Fields Medalists and IMU Abacus Medalist will give their prize winner lectures live at Aalto University (Runeberginkatu 14–16, Aalto Töölö, 00100 Helsinki). Admission to the lectures will be open to all who wish to attend. The lectures will also be streamed live via the virtual ICM 2022 platform.
