ADiMA (Association des Didacticiens des Mathématiques d’Afrique de l’Ouest et du Nord, and in English the Western and North African Association for Researchers in Mathematics Education) was created as a regional network for mathematics education within Western and North Africa. 

ADiMA aims to promote mathematics education in Western and North African countries, to meet the challenges facing the African continent in terms of research and to bring their communities closer together.

The Africa ICMI Association (AFRICMA) is a regional organization affiliated to the International Commission on Mathematical Instruction (ICMI).

The International Program Committee (IPC) for ICMI 27 Study invites submissions from those working on issues in mathematics education that span social (including political) and
ecological (environmental) problems, and related ethical concerns.

ISGEm supports the development of activities and publication that improve collaboration, exchange, and dissemination of ideas and information on all aspects of theoretical, methodological, and practical bases of ethnomathematics and its connections to mathematics education, total peace, social justice, decolonization processes regarding to the procedures, techniques, strategies, and practices developed locally, globally, and glocally by members of distinct cultural groups.
