Curriculum documents of the Czech Republic
In October of 2010, Angel Ruiz was appointed by the Minister of Education of Costa Rica (MEP) to design a new Mathematics curriculum for all years of Primary and Secondary School (Grades 1-12). A team of six Mathematics Education researchers (from public universities) and four in-service teachers, led by Ruiz, wrote this curriculum.
In May 2012, the new curriculum was approved by the Highest Council of Education (the most important body for education in Costa Rica).
These are the Chinese Standard for Elementary and Secondary Schools.
They were translated by Wu Mingshi, and proofread by Sun Xiaotian.
First Stage of Schooling (Grade 1 - 3)

Third Stage of Schooling (Grade 7 - 9)
The link to the site of the Bulgarian Ministry of Education is here but the curriculum there is according to the grade and one has to select the mathematics one.
That is why I send here it as an attachment in pdf (all is in Bulgarian, there is no official translation of the whole curriculum to the best of my knowledge) the files for each grade:
