This is the final list of papers by applicants for participating in the Study. All of the papers on this page have undergone a refereeing process as approved by the International Program Committee, and in each case one of the authors was invited to participate. Those who ultimately continued to participate in the Study Conference and writing the Study Volume are those in capital letters. These papers were approved for publication on 27 June 2006 and are published here.
