The IMU Commission for Developing Countries (CDC) supports mathematics in developing countries through grants, capacity building and global partnerships
Below you will find an overview of all grantees awarded in 2025 under the Graduate Assistantships in Developing Countries program.
Breakout Graduate Fellowship grants are funded by the generous donations from Breakthrough Prize winners. The award of full PhD grants goes to students from developing countries engaged in a PhD degree in the mathematical sciences in a developing country. The 2025 recipients are as follows (listed in alphabetical order):
