The meeting gathered women in mathematics having leadership positions in order to propose action plans for the balance inclusion of women in education in particular as academic mathematicians. This conference brought together women students, college and university teachers and early-career researchers with mathematicians, especially women mathematicians to exchange mathematical ideas and share their views.
A major goal was to enable junior women mathematicians to interact with their senior colleagues, both individually and in small groups, as well as to present their work. Nalini Joshi was a distinguished visitor.
