Klein Project Workshop in Berlin started

 

"Elementary Mathematics from an Advanced Standpoint - Felix Klein and Mathematics for Teachers", 17.-20.09.2013 started today.

The Klein workshop will have 27 participants from 10 countries.

A public day with secondary school teachers from Berlin and the region will be held on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at the Humboldt Universität zu Berlin were more than 80 teachers are expected.

Secondary Teacher Training Day held in Berlin

As part of the Klein Workshop more than 80 teachers from Berlin and the region participated in a teacher training session.

The secondary teacher training (public day) had been held on Thursday, September 19, 2013 from 14:00-18:00 at the Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany. Speakers were participants from the Klein Workshop and members of the Faculty of Mathematics of the Humboldt University. More than 80 teachers attended the workshop.

The Third Capacity and Network Project (CANP) was held from 14th to 25th October, 2013 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The Capacity and Network Project (Mekong Sub-Region) Workshop, known as CANP(MSR), was held from 14th to 25th October in Phnom Phen in Cambodia.

Thirty-three participants from Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Viet Nam, and an international support team of eight, completed a full programme of workshops in mathematics and mathematics education, as well as national presentations and other events, including a full social programme.
