Important: Since 1st July 2016 payment is only possible by creditcard, because SEPA- and foreign money-transfers can not be booked until the congress anymore.

 

The REGISTRATION will be done after creating an account (open since 1st September 2015) under the navigation button LOGIN. The function for REGISTRATION is activated since15th November 2015.

Important: Do not use money-transfer systems like Western Union or others - your payment will not reach the congress management, because it is a personalized system. So your status will be "no payment" in the registration system.

The conference fee for participants is

15th Nov. – 31st Dec. 2015	First bird registration with 370 € conference fee
1st January – 31st March 2016	Early bird registration with 390 € conference fee
1st April – 31st May 2016	Regular registration with 430 € conference fee
1st June 2016 onwards	Late registration with 450 € conference fee

The fee for the additional offer EARLY CAREER RESEARCHER DAY is 50 €.

 

The fee for accompanying persons (participation in the social programme and excursion only) will be 150 € for adults, 75 € for children 11 to 17 years ; younger children are free of charge. This fee includes the excursion plus some extra benefits.

Please be aware that accompanying persons are not permitted to participate in the scientific programme of ICME-13. Their participation is restricted to the social programme.

 

Privacy Policy:

All data entered for registration and payment in Conftool will be expressly used only for the organisation of the processes of the congress ICME-13 as well as the settlement of the related payment transactions (SEPA or credit card) on the HAMBURGER SPARKASSE (our bank account). Data will not be passed on to any third party. All data will be deleted in Conftool with the conclusion of the congress organisation in 2017.
